A Look at the Yangwang U9
The Yangwang U9 is BYD’s bold answer to the supercar world — and honestly, it doesn’t feel like it’s trying to copy anyone. It feels like it’s starting something new.
From the outside, the U9 looks sharp and aggressive, with a low stance, wide body, and butterfly doors that instantly grab attention. It looks fast even when it’s standing still.
But the real magic is underneath.

The U9 is powered by four electric motors, one for each wheel, producing around 1,300 horsepower and 1,680 Nm of torque. That means insane acceleration — 0 to 100 km/h in about 2.3 seconds. It’s the kind of speed that pins you to the seat.
It uses BYD’s 80 kWh Blade Battery, offering up to 450 km (CLTC) of range. Thanks to its 800V architecture, fast charging is impressive — you can go from 30% to 80% in roughly 10 minutes.
One of the coolest features is the DiSus-X intelligent suspension system. This advanced tech helps the car stay perfectly balanced at high speeds and even allows dramatic movements that look straight out of a sci-fi movie.
Inside, the cabin feels modern and premium, with digital displays, smart driving systems, and a driver-focused layout designed for performance
And
The Yangwang U9 proves that electric cars aren’t just about saving fuel — they’re about speed, innovation, and excitement. It’s not just a supercar from China; it’s a warning shot to the entire performance car world.
